Care Quality Commission Care Quality Commission - the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England. CQC make sure that care provided by hospitals, dentists, ambulances, care homes and services in people's own homes and elsewhere meets government standards of quality and safety.

IIP Logo Investor in People, Gold Standard – an independent assessment of the training, management and support given to employees and their ongoing development of skills and abilities
ISO Logo ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality - Certification to this standard reassures customers that our organisation is fully committed to quality by continuously undergoing the scrutiny of an accredited third party certification body.
Top 100 Employer

The Top 100 Apprentice Employer status is awarded each year by the National Apprenticeship Service.  To qualify as a Top 100 Employer, you must demonstrate that you satisfy the following criteria:-

Commitment - Demonstrating the organisation's commitment to training the workforce and plans for future development and/or growth of their Apprenticeship programme

Business Benefits - Employers needed to describe the benefits that Apprenticeships have brought to their business

Benefits to the apprentice - Employers were required to show that apprentices are benefiting from the training the business provides and how the apprentices have added value. Clearly showing what success looks like and how it is measured

Best practice - Employers needed to explain why they should be considered as an exemplar
