About Us

Care24 and Support24 offers specialist services delivered on behalf of The Community Housing Group, one of the largest social housing and care providers in Worcestershire.

Collectively, Care and Support24 have a team of over 100 members of staff who enjoy good terms and conditions and take part in regular training and development. This is why we have a very low turnover of staff and can offer consistency with visits. Staff work as part of a team on a rota basis, to cover for any sickness and holidays, so you will see the same familiar faces on a regular basis.

All staff wear distinctive uniforms and carry a photo identification card with them at all times so you can be confident that they are authorised representatives of the Company. They all have up to date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificates, which was previously known as a CRB check – Criminal Records Bureau Check.

We welcome comments, compliments and complaints about all aspects of our service. This helps to promote good practice and make improvements to the service where necessary. We will always strive to provide a high quality service at all times, however, things can sometimes go wrong and customers or their representatives have the right to complain at any time. All complaints will be thoroughly and fairly investigated, following The Community Housing Group's complaints procedure.

Care & Support 24 and Worcestershire Telecare, known together as The Independent Living Services, are leading providers of older or vulnerable people support services and personal alarm services.

Care & Support 24 and Worcestershire Telecare share the Vison, Mission and Values of its parent company, The Community Housing Group Ltd.

To guarantee high levels of performance, quality and customer satisfaction and to ensure that year-on-year improvements are maintained, Care & Support 24 and Worcestershire Telecare operates a business quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO9001:2015.
